How to Log In to Website

Existing account
Follow these steps if you want to login to an account you already have.
  1. Go to Home Page and click on "Login" on top right
  2. Use your email address as your Username
  3. Enter your password
  4. If you forgot your password:
    1. Click on "Forgot Password" at bottom
    2. Enter your email address then click Submit
    3. You will receive an email with a link to Reset Your Password
New user registration
Follow these steps if you want to create a new account.  Follow these steps to add an account for your spouse.
  1. At Home Page, click on "Register" at top right.
  2. Select appropriate membership type (Member, Tenant, Bishops Park/Creekside)
  3. Enter requested information.  (Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.)
    1. Note that your email address is used as your Username
    2. For help selecting your “Mini-Association or Neighborhood”, refer to the Porters Neck Community Map.
    3. We recommend selecting option to show your profile in the directory.
    4. We recommend providing a text messaging phone number for use in emergency communications.
  4. Click Continue to submit your registration.
  5. You will need to wait for the administrative staff to approve your registration. You will be notified by email when yoour registration is approved. 
  6. When you receive the Registration Approved email, create your login password as follows.
    1. In the email, click the Reset Password Link then create a password for your new account.  (This link is used for new accounts or if a resident forgets their password.)
    2. You should then be able to log in on this account with your Username (email) and your password.

Update Profile.
Use these steps to make changes to your profile.
  1. Log In and click on "Your Profile" at top of Home Page.
  2. Click "Update Profile" and fill in the appropriate information.
  3. We recommend providing a text messaging phone number for use in emergency communications.
  4. Click Save at bottom of page.
 
Update Directory Preference
Use these steps to opt in to our directory.  We recommend opting in to show your profile in the directory.
  1. Log In and click on "Your Profile" at top of Home Page.
  2. Click "Update Directory Preferences".
  3. Check YES at top to opt-in to the Directory
  4. Click Save at bottom of page.
