The HOA is taking several steps to improve traffic safety, including installing temporary speed humps at select intersections, replacing existing stop signs with municipal-grade signs, and continuing to monitor traffic speeds and evaluate additional safety measures. These improvements are being funded within the HOA’s existing budget, with no special assessment required.
